Jill & Brandon's Backyard Nuptials :: Fort Wayne Wedding Photography

Jill and Brandon’s wedding was my first backyard wedding, and I’m utterly smitten.

From the relaxed pre-wedding feel (I shot the details while groomsmen splashed in the pool and oldies music wafted out of nearby speakers), to the beautiful intimate reception, I couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend a Saturday.

Susan & Steve at The Landmark :: Fort Wayne Wedding Photography

Susan and Steve lived in the same town. They attended the same church. They went to the same service on Sundays. But they had never met.

It took an online dating service to finally bring the two together, and they knew they were meant for each other from that moment on.

It was a pleasure to photograph Susan and Steve’s April wedding (my first of the year!), and document their first moments as a family.

Styled Bridal Shoot at the 2014 Bridal Extravaganza

In late February, I took part in my one and only bridal show of the season, the Bridal Extravaganza at the Grand Wayne Center.

It was a wildly successful show for me, but one of my favorite parts is that my friends at Be Married asked me to partake in a little styled bridal shoot to showcase some of their flowers.

So we waited for some downtime during the show, then I snuck away for 10 minutes and met up with Be Married and The Bride to Be for a little impromptu shoot in the hallway at the Grand Wayne Center.

The model was wonderful, and it was fun to get away from the show for a few minutes and do something a little less stressful.

In case you didn’t make the show, here are a few photos from Be Married’s amazing booth. They continue to astound me with the quality of flowers and centerpieces they consistently create. It’s no exaggeration that I recommend them to almost anyone who will listen.

If I can take those photos in less than 10 minutes with literally hundreds of people walking around, imagine what I could create for you on your wedding day. 2014 is almost completely booked, and I’m starting to book 2015 dates. Contact me today to discuss what I can do for you!
